Role & Responsibilities-
*To manage a team of telesales.
• To ensure that appointment targets are met on a monthly basis
• To be responsible for the management of direct reports, one to one reviews and performance reviews.
• Responsible for sales targets through Inbound and outbound sales.
• To work closely with the marketing and product team to ensure maximisation of inbound and outbound leads.

• To manage the behaviour and attitude of the tele sales advisors on a day to day basis ensuring that they are motivated and focused. To effectively create an open team culture to achieve the sales targets and objectives.
• To conduct one to one meetings and monthly formal reviews ensuring that tele sales advisors performance is monitored against department objectives and balance score card competencies.
• To manage the day to day service levels of the department and ensure full adherence to processes.
