Microsoft Technical Process ( for Tech support to Microsoft Windows 8 customers)
1. Good Communication Skills in English 2. Position – Technical Advisor /technical support executive3. Location – Jaipur/Indore4. Shift Timings – US process-night shifts5. Qualification- Any Graduate/Undergraduate with at least 6 months of relevant (technical) international calling experience

   B tech, BE, Bsc. graduates may also apply for this technical voice process. 

Technical Skills required

Technical Knowledge/Skills Required :

• Ability to use Internet and Email with moderate keyboard skills.

• Knowledge of browsers and internet based applications.
• Problem solving skills in Technical troubleshooting environment.
• Familiarity with Operating Systems. 
• Candidates with prior technical expertise will be given preference.
